Focus and Scope
JCC publishes articles on large scale information exchange for social issues. The journal focuses on the development and maintenance of information-infrastructures for chain wide co-operation of independent organizations and professionals in a specific social sector, e.g. criminal law enforcement, health care, identity management or education. This chain co-operation surpasses the complexities and problems of logistic chains and confronts us with the challenges of safe and reliable communication of critical and often confidential data at a national or international scale. Many big information projects fail or produce poor and unreliable results. Section policies are outlined below:
Section Policies
Scientific articles
The editorial board of the Journal of Chain-computerisation will determine if submissions for the scientific section are suitable for review. Submissions will be sent to two reviewers.

The editorial board of the Journal of Chain-computerisation will determine if the submissions are suitable for the professional section. Submissions will be sent to at least one reviewer.

Peer Review Process
Guidelines Scientific Section: Each paper will be reviewed by two independent scholars. The reviewers' remarks and review files can be sent to the author by the editors. In the review report it must be clear whether the article should be accepted, revised or refused and why. In case of rejection, please indicate whether you think the article might be submitted to the Professional Section.
Guidelines Professional Section: Each paper will be reviewed by at least one of the members of the editorial staff. This reviewer may not be part of the author's organisation or be involved in the project at hand, nor should the reviewer have any commercial interest in the content of the article. The reviewers' remarks and review files can be sent to the author by the editors. In the review report it must be clear whether the article should be accepted, revised or refused and why.
Reviewers' names will be inserted in the publication.
Publication Frequency
The Editorial Board of the Journal of Chain-computerisation and publisher Igitur, Utrecht Publishing & archiving Services, support an immediate publication of accepted papers after being reviewed and revised. The Publication Schedule of the Journal of Chain-computerisation is therefore Continuous.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that research output should be freely available to the public. This supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
